Digital Document Solutions has been helping businesses throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island save money and operate efficiently since 2002.

The company is owned by David Casey and Dean Botelho. The duo has worked together for nearly 20 years and brings over 50 years of experience in the copier and document equipment industry to DDS.

David and Dean first began working together at Xcopy, a Xerox service agency owned by David. That business — which served Boston, Worcester, Southeastern Massachusetts, and Rhode Island — was where the duo first started working together in 1996.

Both David and Dean come to DDS from the service side of the industry, giving them a clear understanding of customer needs, hardware and software differences, and how to achieve optimum performance from hardware. Because their background is in service, they’ve identified Kyocera as offering the best products in the industry — that’s why they sell and service them.

Thanks to their commitment to service, they and all of DDS’ service representatives take part in Kyocera’s extensive training and certification programs to ensure that customers receive the highest standard of service.
